All of our technicians are Peterbilt factory-trained, and are always up-to-date on the latest information available to them. All locations have Paccar, Cummins, and Cat certified technicians, and are warranty-approved repair facilities for all 3 of those engines. Our skilled technicians can perform all levels of service work, from standard preventive maintenance to warranty repairs to complete engine rebuilds.

DPF Cleaner

Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) require a regular service known as de-ashing or filter cleaning. This process is required to remove unburned lube oil that has accumulated in the DPF. The material that is removed from the DPF during cleaning is considered hazardous waste, and must be properly handled and disposed of in a safe and controlled environment. Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd.’s Brookside and Brandon locations have the machinery and processes in place to clean your filter and safely dispose of the ash.

DPF Cleaning helps reduce unscheduled downtime, identify potential filter deficiencies, increase service life, and results in longer filter life.

Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. offers the following DPF services:

• On-site cleaning for retrofit DPFs
• On-site cleaning for Paccar and Cummins DPFs
• Cummins ReCon exchange DPFs for Cummins DPFs
• Ability to clean almost all makes and models of DPFs including OEM and retrofit DPFs

Peterbilt Manitoba's 3 fully-equipped mobile service vehicles (2 in Winnipeg and 1 in Brandon) can come work at your shop to diagnose and repair engine lights and d-rates, light and electrical repairs, federal recalls including Peterbilt and Cummins campaigns, and even preventative maintenance!

Our Mobile Service Technicians can help you get back on the road, while receiving the same great service that we provide in-house. We can service All Makes, All Models and are on call 24/7!

Customer benefits include saving on tow bills, decreasing down-time and in-shop time by having us come to you, and being able to oversee the work being done in your shop.

We offer authorized warranty repairs for Paccar & Cummins engines, Paccar & Eaton Transmissions, Eaton & Meritor axles, Wabco & Bendix ABS systems!

Our Brandon Mobile Service Truck is also equipped to provide light to medium duty roadside assistance including but not limited to brake pots, air lines, and truck light repairs.
